Our Team
Stepanida Freeman M.D. FACOG
Dr. Stepanida Freeman is a Board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist. She affiliates with St. Rose Dominican Hospitals – Siena Campus and Henderson Hospital.
She received her medical degree from Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Moldova in 1997. She graduated from TriHealth: Good Samaritan and Bethesda North Hospitals OB/GYN Residency program in 2011. Dr Freeman holds active medical license in states of Nevada and Arizona. She is a member of ACOG and AAGL medical societies. She has served a community of women in private practice since 2011. She became Board certified in 2013 and certified in DaVinci laparoscopic surgery in 2016. She speaks English and Russian. She is experienced in general obstetrics and gynecology, high-risk pregnancies, obstetric surgeries, minimally invasive, Da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgery, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, PCOS and basic infertility. She takes great pride in providing high quality, safe, detailed, state of the art care.
She enjoys spending time with her family, hot yoga and cycling. She has one son.
Amy Falcone M.D.
Dr. Amy Falcone completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 2016. Prior to that she received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago.
She holds active medical license in state of Nevada.
She is currently doing only gynecology, specializing in pelvic floor health, sexual health, menopause and complicated GYN issues.
She is experienced in hormone replacement therapy, PCOS, pelvic pain, sexual health, weight loss and overall health/wellness. Her goal is to empower women through both physical and mental health. To listen to all, so that every woman feels heard and valued.
She cooks Italian dinner on Sundays, SCUBA dives any chance she gets, and loves showing her children this beautiful world.
Krisla NgUYen D.O.
Dr. Krisla Thy Nguyen is originally from Seattle, Washington where she received her undergraduate degree at University of Washington. She received her medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas in 2019. She completed her OB/GYN residency at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 2023.
She is experienced in minimally invasive surgery, contraception, pelvic floor prolapse, and complete obstetrical care. Her goal is to provide high-quality healthcare and a safe space for her patients to receive obstetrical and gynecological care.
She enjoys spending time with her family , dog, trying new local restaurants, and baking.
Jessica Gdovin PA-C
Jessica is a board certified Physician Assistant, She earned her undergraduate degree, in Health Sciences, at The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She then completed her Masters in Health Sciences, and the Physician Assistant program, at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Jessica has been practicing medicine for 20 years in Nevada, with experience in Family and Internal medicine, Orthopedics, and the last 10 years in OB/GYN and Women's Health here in Henderson.
Jessica is very passionate about Women's Health. She takes time with each patient, listening and educating. She is genuine and professional, empathizing and supportive, with the goal to help all of her patients achieve their optimal mental and physical wellness.
Jessica loves being a wife and mom of two boys. She loves health and fitness, traveling and the outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
SARA RICHINS, MSN, APRN-CNM
Sara is a Board-Certified Nurse Midwife with a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University in 2020 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing–Midwifery at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2025.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Sara recently relocated to Las Vegas, where she is dedicated to continuing supporting women and families through their childbirth journeys. Her practice is grounded in holistic, family-centered care that empowers women through informed choices and shared decision-making.
Sara’s clinical expertise includes:

- Inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ community
She is passionate about creating safe, respectful spaces for all patients.
Outside of her professional life, Sara is a proud mother of seven. She cherishes time with her husband and children—whether they’re adventuring at Disneyland, playing board games, traveling, or enjoying live music together.
